About MC PL&EE
Management Center Poland & East Europe is a part of Roche Diagnostics Poland but cooperates with Business Partners in 11 countries of Eastern and Southern Europe.
MC PL&EE Department started operations in January 2014. Since then we created an international team that covers marketing, commercial operations, medical activities, and post-sales support. Members of our department work in Poland, Serbia, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. Our mission is to position Roche Diagnostics as #1 IVD Company in all export markets, keep dynamic sales growth whereas being fully compliant with the rules of Good Behaviour in Business.

How did it all begun?
I have started my journey in diagnostics business in 1995. Having over 24 years of experience with huge pleasure I can emphasize that team & people, products of good quality as well as compliant behaviour are crucial in our business. I have worked for Roche since 2007 and each day is a day for finding new opportunities to offer the best diagnostics to patients across all our markets.
What is it you really do?
Since the beginning of operation in 2014, Management Center, together with our Business Partners, is doing now what patients need next. All our commercial success is very important in developing medical diagnostics across our markets. We offer new technologies to be closer to patients. We are responsible for delivering the best possible diagnostics solutions to improve, protect and care for patients' health and life.
What are your plans going forward?
I am proud to be a part of this community and I am proud to work with passionate, fully committed people who understand the role of diagnostics. We all are ready to work hard to share experience, knowledge to improve patients' lives all over the world.
